Our associates complement the firm's philanthropic efforts by investing their time and energy in projects that support a wide range of charitable organizations around the world—including group volunteer days and a paid work day for volunteering. We also encourage giving through company-sponsored efforts. Additionally, the Global Matching Gift Program matches associate donations to qualified nonprofit organizations and also awards volunteer service grants to nonprofits where associates regularly give their time and expertise.

The T. Rowe Price Program for Charitable GivingSM

Founded in 2000 by T. Rowe Price, the Program for Charitable Giving is a public charity that encourages philanthropy in the U.S. and provides an easy way for individuals to manage charitable giving. In its most recent fiscal year, the Program distributed close to $47 million through more than 7,600 grants. The T. Rowe Price Foundation matches donations made by associates to the Program.

In response to the challenging events that have affected the firm's hometown of Baltimore, T. Rowe Price has prioritized the needs of the affected communities. T. Rowe Price began its immediate support by inviting Maryland-based associates to participate in a household goods drive and donate daily living essentials to the most impacted neighborhoods. The T.
