Proxy Voting Records
Clicking on the link below will give you access to proxy voting records for any T. Rowe Price mutual fund for the 12-month period ended June 30, 2009. In general, only funds that hold equity securities vote proxies, so most bond and money market funds will not have proxy voting records. In addition, the Retirement Funds and the Spectrum Funds, which invest in other T. Rowe Price mutual funds, will not have proxy voting records.
If, during this period, a fund owned shares of a company that held a shareholder meeting, the fund will disclose, among other items:
- A brief description of each matter voted upon,
- Whether the matter was proposed by the issuer or a shareholder,
- Whether the fund voted,
- How the fund voted, and
- Whether it voted for or against management.
T. Rowe Price Proxy Vote Disclosure
T. Rowe Price funds make broad disclosure of their proxy votes on troweprice.com and on the SEC's web site at http://www.sec.gov. All funds, regardless of their fiscal years, must file their proxy voting records for the most recent 12-month period ended June 30 with the SEC by August 31.
